Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an experienced Organ Recovery Coordinator to join LifeShare’s Organ Division. Under medical direction, you will evaluate potential donor suitability, coordinate intraoperative care, and lead staffing for the DCC to optimize organ function.

The role requires a nursing degree, CPTC and ACLS certification, and at least 5 years in OPO/ICU nursing. You will mentor teammates, ensure compliance with CLIA/CMS/UNOS, and drive quality initiatives while engaging families and teams.
