Job summary

Infinite Legacy is seeking a Clinical Recovery Coordinator I to oversee organ, eye, and tissue recovery with skill and compassion. You will interact with hospital teams and families to ensure donors are managed safely and respectfully.

Requires 2+ years in emergency/critical care, RN or related healthcare degree, and willingness to travel across the Donor Services Area. Travel and CPTC certification may be required after initial tenure.

Qualifications

• RN certification or healthcare degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years emergency or critical care experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to support families in crisis with empathy.
• Willingness to travel across Infinite Legacy’s Donor Services Area.
• CPTC certification preferred after CRC I tenure.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a work schedule of 36-48 hours per week, with potential overtime.
• Works 12-hour day or night shifts, with travel as needed.
• Evaluates medical suitability of potential donors using records and exams.
• Collaborates with hospital staff and medical director on donor management.
• Requests and interprets labs/tests for donor evaluation and management.
• Engages with families to discuss donation respectfully and clearly.
• Coordinates with Donor Services Center for logistics and communication.
• Supports long-distance donor recoveries in coordination with teams.
• Assists Hospital Services and Family Services with donor follow-up.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
