Job summary

Argano is seeking a Lead Consultant to direct mid- to large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud engagements, guiding clients through strategy, design, and implementation of business-aligned solutions. You will deliver expert guidance, drive technology-driven outcomes, and influence secure, scalable outcomes for clients.

You will mentor Associate and Senior consultants, lead workshops, and collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality results. A willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.

Responsibilities

• Align clients' existing business processes with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve client needs.
• Lead client workshops to formulate functional business requirements and align them with Oracle Cloud functionality and overall solution delivery.
• Identify requirements and design gaps, and develop solutions that align with overall solution delivery.
• Configure the Oracle Cloud environment to meet client requirements; design and document application setup.
• Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts to other processes and/or systems.
• Manage the module track of the project, including scope, risks, and team coaching.
