Job summary

Argano is seeking a Lead Consultant to manage mid- to large-size Oracle Cloud Payroll engagements, serving as the primary client contact and driving successful outcomes.

You will lead workshops to capture requirements, map them to Oracle Cloud functionality, and design payroll solutions while mentoring junior consultants.

This role requires senior communication skills, deep payroll knowledge, and the ability to align complex processes with strategic business goals across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5–10 years of consulting experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Payroll Processing, Garnishments, Tax Filings, and payroll practices.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud or EBS payroll and local payroll laws.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple mid- to large-size Oracle Cloud Payroll engagements, acting as primary client contact.
• Run client workshops to capture requirements and align processes with Oracle Cloud.
• Identify gaps and design solutions for inbound/outbound payroll integrations and formulas.
• Configure and document Oracle Cloud Payroll to meet client needs; advise on risks and impacts.
• Manage module track end-to-end: scope, expectations, risks, interfaces, and tests.
• Mentor juniors and provide guidance across projects.
• Collaborate with clients to assess objectives and craft long-term strategies.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and provide post-implementation optimization.
• Participate in internal forums for training and innovation in Oracle Cloud.
