Job summary

Argano is seeking a Lead Consultant to manage mid- to large-scale client engagements and drive growth within the consulting practice. You will deliver expert guidance, technology-driven solutions, and strategic advice to optimize clients’ Oracle Cloud infrastructure and processes.

In addition to client-facing work, you will mentor Associate and Senior consultants, share best practices, and lead teams across security, data management, and crisis management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of four (4) full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations within your module of expertise.
• Module-specific experience in Core HR, or Recruiting and Journeys is required.

Responsibilities

• Align clients’ existing business processes with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve client needs.
• Lead client workshops to formulate functional business requirements and align them with Oracle Cloud functionality and overall solution delivery.
• Identify requirements and design gaps, and develop solutions that align with the overall solution delivery.
• Configure the Oracle Cloud environment to meet client requirements; design and document application setup.
• Mentor Associate and Senior consultants and coach team members throughout the project lifecycle.
