Job summary

Argano is seeking a Lead Consultant to manage mid- to large-scale client engagements within the Oracle Cloud practice, delivering expert guidance and technology-driven solutions that optimize clients’ infrastructure and processes.

The role requires strong communication, project leadership, and the ability to mentor teams while driving client satisfaction across complex cloud deployments. Willingness to travel and influence strategy is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum four lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in your module.
• Module experience in Core HR, Recruiting or Journeys.

Responsibilities

• Align clients' processes with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve needs.
• Lead client workshops to formulate requirements and align with Oracle Cloud functionality.
• Design, configure and document Oracle Cloud setup to meet client requirements.
• Mentor Associate and Senior consultants and coach project teams.
• Manage module scope, risks, and client expectations across engagement lifecycles.
