Job summary

You will lead readiness, counts, specimen handling, and on-call support, contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing surgical team committed to patient-centered care and continuous professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have Basic Cardiac Life Support within 7 days of start date.
• Associate degree required.
• No travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead surgical preparation by organizing suites, equipment, and instruments.
• Scrub in and support surgeons through complex cardiac surgeries.
• Guide and mentor surgical technologists and train new team members.
• Oversee quality and safety by counts, handling specimens, and infection prevention.
• Drive teamwork and efficiency with communication and on-call support.
