Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date
• Minimum 2 years experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Leading surgical preparation by organizing suites, equipment, and instruments to ensure readiness for every procedure
• Scrubbing in and supporting surgeons through complex cardiac surgeries, maintaining a safe, sterile environment
• Guiding and mentoring surgical technologists, training new team members and reinforcing best practices
• Overseeing quality and safety by managing counts, handling specimens, and ensuring infection prevention standards
• Driving teamwork and efficiency through effective communication and rapid problem-solving during on-call and emergency cases
