Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate care across departments to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model, offering guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Support staff onboarding, education, and competency development.
• Assist with daily operations, including patient flow, staffing, unit goals, program development, and process improvement initiatives.
• Promote effective communication among patients, families, and the care team.
• Serve as charge nurse as assigned and participate in committees as needed.
