Job summary

Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee, WA seeks a Surgery Lead RN to coordinate staffing, lead the Surgical Services team, and deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care. The role integrates clinical practice with operational leadership to ensure safe, efficient patient care across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.

The ideal candidate will have a Washington RN license and certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP) with 2–3 years in leadership and hospital nursing.

Qualifications

Must have a current Washington State RN license.
BLS, ACLS, PALS & NRP certifications required; if not current, certification will be obtained within one year of hire date.
2–3 years of nursing leadership or charge experience.
2–3 years of hospital clinical experience.
Adult education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient-centered nursing care across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative settings.
Lead daily operations for Surgical Services, coordinating staffing and workflow.
Support quality and regulatory initiatives and serve as a clinical resource for staff, providers, and leadership.
