The Surgery department you’ll lead as a Surgical Services Nurse Manager is busy and collaborative. It supports specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, minimally invasive, and robotic procedures. Efficient workflows and data-driven decisions help an OR Nurse Manager maintain strong room turnover while prioritizing safety and patient experience. You’ll partner with pre-op, PACU, sterile processing, and anesthesia.

Reporting to the Director of Surgical Services, the RN Surgical Operations Manager will receive support from experienced charge nurses, educators, and coordinators across pre-op, intra‑op, and PACU. You’ll lead nurses and perioperative professionals while overseeing scheduling, staffing, quality initiatives, regulatory readiness, and OR utilization. The Manager of Surgical Services will have strong resources and autonomy to advance operating room administration.
