Job summary

HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge is seeking an Operating Room Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge RN) to lead an interdisciplinary OR team. You will direct patient care, supervise staff, and ensure readiness of surgical procedures across assigned shifts.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, verifying preference cards, and collaborating with CNCs to streamline processes while maintaining high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license or active multi-state license.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Two years of acute care OR RN experience.
• Previous charge nurse or service coordinator experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the OR department functions on designated shifts.
• Provide care direction and supervise staff caring for patients.
• Ensure department compliance with state, federal and regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with CNCs to prepare surgical procedures.
• Verify OR schedule and preference cards; work with schedulers.
• Position requires on-call.
