Job summary

HCA HealthONE Centennial seeks an OR Service Line Lead to manage daily OR operations, ensuring clinical excellence and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee staff education, outcomes, and budgeting to support safe, high-quality care.

You will also oversee physician outreach, revenue integrity initiatives, and capital planning while remaining responsive to call duties and departmental priorities.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license or active multistate license.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• BSN preferred; OR coordination experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the OR service line as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with Nurse Practice Act, Title 22, Joint Commission, and care plans.
• Lead staff education, outcome management, physician outreach, customer service, revenue integrity, and capital budgets.
• Take call as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
