Job summary

Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center is seeking an Operating Room Clinical Coordinator RN to join a fast-paced OR team. This full-time role focuses on coordinating patient care, circulating, equipment setup, and unit management to ensure safe, efficient surgeries.

Ideal candidates have an active RN license, a BSN or higher, and at least one year of acute care experience with some leadership exposure. The position offers day-one benefits and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Minimum one year of acute care nursing experience.
• Current RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as charge nurse on weekends.
• Mentor and coach clinical and support staff.
• Coordinate shift activities in the unit.
• Support quality improvement, staffing utilization, and budget management.
