Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry required.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead with MOD and store team to deliver results.
• Maintain KPI management and accountability.
• Ensure LensCrafters is recognized as a medical eyecare provider in the community.
• Deliver patient-focused service and high-quality eye exams.
• Establish Doctor/Patient relationships and adhere to care standards.
