LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead eye care delivery within a store setting. You will provide clinical eye care, support medical practices, and collaborate with the MOD, SMM and team to drive growth and patient satisfaction.

This full-time role emphasizes high-quality exams, patient relationships, and compliance with licensure and CE requirements, with strong partnership across the market. EssilorLuxottica is an Equal Opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry and commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high-quality optometric care following clinical protocols.
• Partners with MOD, SMM and store team to achieve KPI targets.
• Maintains Doctor/patient relationships and ensures patient safety.
• Provides staff training and constructive feedback to team members.
• Keeps licensure current and maintains Continuing Education requirements.
