The position requires a Doctor of Optometry, with residency training preferred, and a strong ability to communicate with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with a commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener; problem solving ability.
• Solid organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high-quality Optometric care and follows clinical protocols.
• Leads collaboration with MOD, SMM and store team to achieve KPI targets.
• Ensures LensCrafters is recognized as a medical eyecare provider in the community.
• Prioritizes patient-first service and overall patient satisfaction.
• Uses technology and tools to communicate vision and eye health to patients.
