Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with licensure and commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, billing and coding.
• Knowledge of surgical care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Good problem solving ability and strong organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization as a clinical leader, delivering the brand promise and results.
• Demonstrate KPI competency and accountability in clinic operations.
• Maintain recognition of LensCrafters as a medical eyecare provider in the community.
• Collaborate with MOD, SMM and store team to drive patient care and growth.
• Place patient first and deliver excellent service in all encounters.
