Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a skilled supervisor to lead water-cooled chiller production lines. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while managing labor and line balance in a high-mix environment.

You will drive continuous improvement, coach operators, and collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Maintenance to resolve issues and sustain 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in manufacturing or operations.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles (standard work, 5S, kaizen, visual management).
• Proven ability to lead frontline teams in a fast-paced, high-mix environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a zero-incident culture; ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with EHS standards.
• Lead multiple water-cooled assembly lines to achieve daily/weekly production targets.
• Manage labor allocation to meet takt time and adapt to product variability.
• Lead root cause problem solving and drive CAPAs.
• Lead daily tier meetings and maintain production reporting and visual management.
