URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Clerk to support the Leadership Team in daily department operations at our Reno location. You will monitor productivity, adjust processes, and ensure SLAs are met while adapting to changing priorities.

The role requires clear directions, proactive communication via radios and email, and collaboration across all organizational levels. The schedule is Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist Leadership Team with day-to-day functions in assigned department.
• Monitor productivity and communicate adjustments in departmental processes.
• Flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities.
• Provide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met.
• Maintain high level, proactive communication utilizing radios and emails.
• Perform department-specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
• Works with all organizational levels including fellow employees, customers, and management.
