LUX dynamics in Reno, NV is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Customer Service Supervisor to lead our fast-paced customer support team and oversee all supply chain and customer service functions of the business.

The ideal candidate will guide the team, improve workflow, resolve disputes, liaise with other departments, and ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through proactive, data-driven management. Manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Windows, Outlook, Google, etc.
• QuickBooks experience.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by leading and motivating your team.
• Supervise and track the customer service department workflow.
• Address and settle any related issues from customers.
• Liaise with other departments and follow up on the job process.
• Provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
• Control resources and utilize assets to achieve targets.
