URBN (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie Group, Free People & Nuuly) in Reno, NV is seeking a Group Lead to supervise warehouse associates, uphold SLAs, and ensure safe, efficient operations on a 6:00am–4:30pm shift.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, solid organizational and communication skills, and the ability to train staff, follow SOPs, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues and maintain productivity throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
• Able to work overtime as required.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.

• Oversee the quality of production activities.
• Audit department processes to ensure all team members are adhering to processes and SOPs.
• Interact with management and cross-functional employees to resolve issues affecting operations.

Role Summary

A Group Lead is a motivated team player with exceptional organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, multitasking environment with attention to detail. They should have a basic understanding of Warehouse Operations and demonstrate problem-solving abilities. A successful Group Lead is flexible to accept new and diverse assignments. They possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Schedule: RFC D410A (Sunday - Wednesday 6:00am-4:30pm)

• Maintain acceptable attendanceand must be able to work overtime as required
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout a shift
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements
