Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will deliver OneStream Financial Close & Consolidation, Budgeting & Forecasting, and BI solutions for clients across the country.

You will lead client workshops, design infrastructure within OneStream, and mentor junior staff while staying current with platform advancements and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of technical architecture experience with at least three years in OneStream.
• Strong knowledge of the financial close and consolidation process.
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) Lead Architect certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions.
• Lead client workshops and produce design documentation for OneStream applications.
• Develop OneStream proof of concepts to optimize performance.
• Guide deployment and governance of OneStream solutions across projects.
• Oversee testing cycles including unit, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Collaborate with clients to define an overall solution roadmap.
• Support Finance OneStream COE governance and standards.
• Develop BI, analytics, and reporting solutions with clients.
• Interact with Baker Tilly and client leadership on engagements.
• Stay current with OneStream updates and AI capabilities.
• Mentor junior staff and lead training sessions.
