Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. As part of our OneStream practice, you will deliver financial close, budgeting and BI solutions for clients nationwide, applying your technical and industry experience to build scalable, reliable implementations.

You will lead workshops, design infrastructure, mentor junior staff, and stay current with OneStream advances.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
5+ years of technical architecture experience with minimum 3 years in OneStream implementations.
Robust knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes.
Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development within OneStream engines.
OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) Lead Architect certification.
Proven leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions.
Lead client workshops and design documentation for OneStream applications.
Design a scalable OneStream infrastructure framework for clients based on requirements.
Develop and demonstrate OneStream proofs of concept as needed.
Oversee solution quality, testing, and client engagements.
Develop roadmaps and identify opportunities to improve financial close processes.
Support the OneStream COE governance framework and standards.
Collaborate on BI, analytics, and reporting solutions with clients.
Mentor and train junior staff to enhance team capabilities.
