Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an experienced performance management consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital. You will help lead budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and BI solutions for clients, applying your industry and technical experience to a broad range of services and opportunities.

The role involves gathering requirements, designing solutions with OneStream, developing reports and dashboards, and mentoring colleagues while delivering high-quality client service across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of FP&A or FP&A consulting experience.
• Experience implementing OneStream for financial planning or close & consolidation.
• OneStream Certified Associate preferred.
• Strong understanding of .NET and SQL development.
• Ability to lead and mentor others with a focus on client service.

Responsibilities

• Utilize application expertise to support design, build, test and deploy CPM/EPM solutions.
• Support workshops to gather requirements and build design documents for OneStream.
• Engage in OneStream quality and various testing phases.
• Develop reports, cube views, dashboards, templates and forms.
• Create a roadmap with stakeholders and communicate initiatives across the team.
• Identify new areas to improve budgeting and forecasting efficiency.
