Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced performance management consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital. You will deliver OneStream-based budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation solutions to clients, shaping architecture from requirements to deployment.

This role emphasizes collaboration across Finance, IT, and business units, with opportunities to lead project teams and mentor junior staff in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 3 years of FP&A or FP&A consulting experience advising commercial companies and leadership.
• Experience implementing OneStream for financial planning or close & consolidation software.
• OneStream Certified Associate preferred.
• Experience with external clients and solution development/implementation using leading ERP/CPM solutions is a plus.
• Ability to lead and mentor others, provide client service, and maintain quality and urgency in projects.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy CPM/EPM solutions for Baker Tilly clients.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and document designs for OneStream.
• Perform unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop reports, cube views, dashboards, templates, and forms.
• Develop roadmaps and communicate initiatives across the project team.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and budgets.
