Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced performance management consultant to join its Baker Tilly Digital practice. You will deliver OneStream CPM/EPM solutions, from requirements to design and development, helping clients improve budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation.

The role requires FP&A experience, OneStream certification preferred, strong client service, and mentoring others; compensation range is $85,910 to $162,890, reflecting location and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, MIS or related field.
• Minimum of three years of FP&A or FP&A consulting experience.
• Experience implementing OneStream for financial planning or close & consolidation.
• Experience working with external clients on solution development and implementation.
• OneStream Certified Associate preferred.
• Strong understanding of .NET and SQL development preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor others and deliver client service.

Responsibilities

• Utilize expertise to design, build, test, and deploy CPM/EPM solutions for clients.
• Support client workshops to gather requirements and design documentation for OneStream applications.
• Engage in OneStream testing including unit, integration and UAT.
• Build and deploy reports, dashboards, and templates to meet client needs.
• Develop roadmaps and align initiatives across project teams.
• Identify areas to improve budgeting and forecasting processes.
