Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced performance management consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital. Lead design and implementation of OneStream CPM/FP&A solutions for a diverse client base, driving budgets, forecasts and financial consolidation projects.

You will collaborate across teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to business growth while delivering high-quality client service in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of FP&A or FP&A consulting experience.
• Experience implementing OneStream for financial planning or close & consolidation software.
• OneStream Certified Associate preferred.
• Strong understanding of .NET and SQL development.
• Ability to lead and mentor others, provide client service, and show commitment to quality.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support design, build, test, and deploy CPM/EPM solutions for Baker Tilly clients.
• Lead client workshops and design documentation for OneStream applications.
• Engage in OneStream solution quality and testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT).
• Build, test, and deploy reports, dashboards, templates to meet client needs.
• Develop roadmaps and communicate initiatives across project teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve budgeting and forecasting processes.
