Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, pharmacy, business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field reimbursement or related healthcare role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading field-based teams.
• Oncology/hematology experience strongly preferred, including buy-and-bill products and payer dynamics.
• Launch, indication expansion, territory buildout, or organizational scaling experience preferred.
• Experience with coverage, coding, billing, reimbursement, benefit verification, prior authorization, and appeals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage a regional Oncology FRM team.
• Build and onboard a portfolio-ready team with clear role expectations and territory readiness.
• Set and reinforce field execution expectations, customer engagement, and compliant use of resources.
• Coach FRMs through field travel, team meetings, and business reviews.
• Educate HCP staff and account stakeholders on coverage, billing, and reimbursement processes.
• Translate portfolio strategy into regional execution plans and launch readiness.
