You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure timely completion of service requests while coordinating with other maintenance staff and contractors.

The role involves supervising maintenance activities, adhering to safety policies, and maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• 7+ years of maintenance experience; or 4+ years with EPA 608 Universal.
• Certifications in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair or Carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assets and supervise maintenance staff; coordinate activities with contractors.
• Ensure company safety and environmental policies are followed.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through professional interactions.
• Work on a rotating on‑call schedule for 24/7 maintenance coverage.
