Responsibilities

• Provide overall onsite leadership and supervision of offshore construction activities.
• Direct and coordinate foremen, fitters, welders, riggers, crane operators, and other personnel.
• Plan manpower, equipment, and work sequences to meet schedules.
• Maintain safe, productive work environment and comply with safety requirements.
• Coordinate with onshore management and customer representatives.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily construction reports and documentation.
