Job summary

Gulf Crane Services Inc. seeks an Offshore Construction Superintendent to lead on-site offshore construction activities in the US Gulf of Mexico.

You will supervise crews, coordinate activities across fitters, welders, riggers, crane operators, and equipment operators, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to project specifications. Qualifications

• Significant experience in offshore construction, fabrication, and oil & gas operations.
• Proven ability to lead multiple construction crews and coordinate diverse trades.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and project controls in offshore environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite leadership and supervision of offshore construction activities.
• Coordinate foremen, fitters, welders, riggers, crane operators, and other personnel.
• Plan daily/weekly work, assign resources, and ensure schedule adherence.
• Monitor productivity, safety, and quality, addressing issues per company procedures.
• Maintain communication with onshore management and customer representatives.
• Oversee safety meetings, JSA/JHA reviews, and permit-to-work compliance.
• Ensure drawings/specifications are followed and documentation is complete.
