EY is seeking a Manager in the Attack & Penetration Testing team to lead advanced offensive security engagements for client resilience. You will guide penetration testing, red team, and purple team activities, delivering clear reports to technical and executive audiences while mentoring a skilled team.

The role requires staying ahead of threats, coordinating with cross-functional groups, and representing EY in industry groups and conferences to advance security capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering or related field with extensive penetration testing experience.
• Experience managing and executing penetration testing projects across internet, intranet, web apps, wireless, and red/purple team engagements.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, PowerShell, Java, Perl, etc.).
• Ability to lead technical teams, manage multiple engagements, and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify threats and vulnerabilities in enterprise environments and lead offensive security engagements.
• Oversee delivery of penetration tests, red/purple team exercises, and client reporting.
• Mentor analysts, foster a collaborative culture, and stay current with evolving threats and tools.
• Represent EY at industry events and drive knowledge sharing within the team.
