Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Attack & Penetration Testing to lead sophisticated offensive security operations and strengthen client resilience against cyber threats. You will guide teams through penetration testing, red and purple team exercises, and deliver actionable reports to technical and executive audiences.

You will mentor analysts, stay ahead of evolving threats, and represent EY at industry groups and conferences, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years of related work experience or Master’s plus 3-4+ years in penetration testing including internet/intranet/web app tests.
• Experience managing and executing penetration testing projects.
• Experience with manual attack and penetration testing.
• Experience in establishing and managing Red Team or application penetration testing programs.
• Experience with scripting / programming (Python, PowerShell, Java, Perl).
• Updated on latest exploits and security trends.
• Ability to lead a technical team on remote and on-site engagements.
• Preferred: ability to travel domestically and internationally; hold a U.S. driver’s license.
