Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 5+ years in OBC/OBCM, automotive power conversion or embedded controls.
• Proven track record from requirements to production release.
• Strong hands-on embedded C/C++ and RTOS development.
• Experience with software/system requirements and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of OBCM embedded software across the product lifecycle.
• Define and evolve software, controls, interfaces, and verification criteria.
• Develop control strategies for AC/DC power-factor, DC/DC conversion, and regulation.
• Provide direction for control-loop design, PWM, sampling, and fault handling.
• Review architecture, C/C++ implementation, and technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with architecture, safety, hardware, validation, and supplier teams.
• Lead verification/validation across SIL, HIL, bench, dyno, and vehicle environments.
• Maintain requirements traceability through implementation and test evidence.
• Ensure compliance with functional safety, cybersecurity, and quality standards.
• Mentor engineers and drive advanced engineering activities.
