Qualifications

• Experience taking embedded software from concept through production release.
• Strong understanding of automotive power conversion including AC/DC/DC-DC stages.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across hardware, software and validation.
• Proficient in real-time embedded development and debugging.
• Demonstrated requirements-to-test traceability and system-level thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of OBCM embedded software and controller integration across the product lifecycle.
• Define software interfaces, verification methods, and production acceptance criteria for OBCM.
• Develop control strategies for AC/DC power-factor, DC/DC conversion, and voltage/current regulation.
• Provide direction for state machines, PWM, sampling, protection, and diagnostics in real-time.
• Review architecture and C/C++ implementation to ensure safety, maintainability and production-readiness.
• Collaborate with architects, HWIO, hardware, systems, safety, validation and suppliers to resolve integration issues.
