JML Care Center in Massachusetts-Falmouth is seeking a conscientious dietary cook supervisor to manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Food Service Director. You will review menus, portion control, coordinate with the dietitian, and prepare meals according to therapeutic diets.

Responsibilities include ensuring sanitation and safety, supervising staff, and maintaining accuracy in records while protecting residents' privacy. Licenses and experience in healthcare food service are required.

• Must read/write/speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe and Allergen certifications within 6 months of hire.
• Leadership ability and teamwork in a hospital setting.
