Job summary

Central Florida Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead daily clinical operations and supervise a multidisciplinary team across Medical, Dental, and OB/GYN services.

You will work with the DON and HCA to foster a patient-centered, efficient care environment and guide staff through coaching, training, and performance evaluations. The role requires an RN with leadership experience (or an LPN with more extensive leadership background), Florida license, and BLS.

Qualifications

• RN with at least two years of leadership experience or LPN with at least three years of leadership experience
• Florida license is required
• BLS certification is required
• Computer literacy is required
• Prior clinical leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations across Medical, Dental, OB/GYN, Lab, Endo, and Podiatry areas
• Supervise LPNs, CMAs, dental staff, hygienists, and lab staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with DON and HCA to maintain smooth operations and patient satisfaction
• Assign duties, mentor staff, and manage scheduling and staffing coverage
• Coordinate training, staff meetings, and periodic performance evaluations
• Maintain credentials and oversee nursing standards within CFHC
