Health First is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations on a 24/7 basis within the Florida unit. The role focuses on patient care quality, regulatory compliance with TJC and state standards, and coordinating staffing to meet census and acuity.

The ideal candidate brings RN licensure in Florida, a BSN, and 2+ years of acute care leadership, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or eligible for waiver to complete BSN within stated timeframes.
• Two (2) years’ experience in an acute care clinical environment with progressive nursing leadership.
• RN licensure in the State of Florida or endorsement.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider completion before start date.
• Knowledge of TJC, Florida Nurse Practice Act and other applicable regulations.

Responsabilités

• Manage 24/7 operations of the unit and oversee staffing plans.
• Ensure high quality patient outcomes and compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Supervise clinical nursing practice within state scope and monitor patient care quality.
• Maintain unit equipment operability and inventory; monitor supplies and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve access to care and patient experience.
