Qualifications

• Provide professional nursing care to patients following nursing standards and orders, ensuring patient safety and quality of care.
• Serve as primary liaison between patients, staff and physicians within the Advanced Care Model.
• Organize and provide clinical supervision to the specialty care team, including delegation, mentoring, scheduling and education.

Responsabilités

• Provide general nursing care to patients including administering medications and treatments; plan, coordinate and document care.
• Ensure nursing practices meet standards and comply with guidelines and policy.
• Provide supervision to LPNs and CTA II on the specialty care team; assist with daily/weekly scheduling; may serve as Lead Nurse when managers are unavailable.
• Assist with new hire orientation, training, performance feedback, and discipline information.
