Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Roy, Utah seeks a Nuclear Hardness & Survivability (NH&S) Test Manager 2 to lead test planning, execution, analysis, and reporting for electronic circuit cards, units, subsystems, payloads and ballistic missile systems. This role blends hands-on management with mentoring, requiring a U.S.

citizenship and an active Secret clearance; you will guide a team of engineers, coordinate with program leadership and customers, and drive standard practices across programs on a 9/80

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 8 years of related experience; 6 years with a master’s.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret clearance, SAP eligibility.
• Experience on a Nuclear Hardness program or radiation testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of Engineers to execute a test program on time and within budget.
• Plan test events at facilities; track execution and ensure high quality deliverables.
• Perform NH&S analysis for electronic parts, cables, circuit cards, and ballistic missile systems.
• Review test plans and reports for radiation testing against requirements on dose, displacement, and single event effects.
• Lead a team of 10-15 engineers and provide career development and coaching.
