Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is hiring a Nuclear Hardness & Survivability Test Manager 2 in Roy, Utah. The role leads a team of engineers to plan, execute and report radiation tests across electronic components and missile systems.

The candidate must hold a U.S. citizenship with active Secret clearance, have substantial Nuclear Hardness experience, and be prepared for a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration. Benefits include medical, 401k, education assistance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 8 years of related experience; 6 years with a master’s degree.
• U.S. citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope (≤6 yrs).
• Experience on a Nuclear Hardness program, including hardness/radiation testing or modeling Nuclear effects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of engineers to execute a test program on time and within budget.
• Plan test events, track execution, ensure high-quality deliverables from suppliers to end customer.
• Review plans/reports for radiation testing and ensure compliance with requirements.
