Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Test Engineering Manager 3 for the Roy, UT location. Lead the Hardware-in-the-Loop Lab, coordinate test planning, verification, and delivery of missile lab assets.

Collaborate across IPTs, ensure certification readiness, and interface with government customers on readiness reviews. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, 8+ years of related experience, and proven leadership in test environments.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance at time of application.
• 8+ years of related experience or 6+ with Master’s degree.
• Experience leading lab/Hardware in the Loop testing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hardware in the Loop Integration and Test activities, developing test plans and execution.
• Interface with the US Government customer across readiness reviews.
• Support system architecture and verification planning with IPTs.
• Oversee design change impact assessment across multi-discipline teams.
• Manage cross-functional interfaces and verification efforts.
• Lead data review processes and ensure timely, objective reviews.
