Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Test Engineer / Principal Test Conductor in Roy, UT to lead hardware/software integration and lab operations within the STT organization. The role involves test planning, execution, and coordinating with multiple test teams on complex configurations.

The candidate should have STEM degrees, relevant lab experience, and a U.S. government Secret clearance or higher. A 9/80 schedule and comprehensive benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience for Test Conductor with bachelor’s in STEM.
• 5+ years for Principal Test Conductor with bachelor’s/Masters in STEM.
• Active U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance (recent CI or CAE).
• Experience with data recording tools such as JIRA and Lab testing environments.

Responsibilities

• Support lab operations, including test planning, scheduling and execution.
• Configure test stations, deploy software and validate hardware readiness.
• Collaborate with MA to maintain test station software/hardware configuration.
• Participate in test readiness reviews, acceptance testing and integration events.
• Work in a fast-paced, diverse team across levels.
