The role requires 5+ years shipping AI runtime software, strong C/C++ and Python skills, and a track record of leading complex software architectures. Hybrid work model and competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing and shipping AI runtime software for accelerators/GPUs.
• 5+ years leading architecture of complex software systems.
• 10+ years producing production-grade C/C++ software with Python.
• 1+ year hands-on agentic software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, architecture, and roadmap for runtime stack from firmware to framework.
• Architect and develop runtime, performance tooling, and execution behavior.
• Own contracts between runtime stack and compiler and integration with AI/robotics frameworks.
• Ensure measurable performance and real-time behavior across silicon and simulators.
• Collaborate with teams and customers to translate workloads into runtime capabilities.
