• 5+ years owning performance and production quality of accelerator software.
• 10+ years hands-on systems software in C/C++ with Python.

Responsabilités

• Define the technical vision and roadmap for the runtime stack.
• Architect and develop runtime, performance tooling and execution behavior.
• Own contracts between runtime stack and compiler, and with AI/robotics frameworks.
• Ensure real-time performance and production quality across silicon and simulators.
• Mentor engineers and establish engineering practices.
