Prism Electric, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large electrical construction initiatives in Texas and Oklahoma from our Garland, TX headquarters. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, track costs, and oversee submittals, RFIs, and schedules to ensure on-time, profitable project delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a Project Manager role.
• Proven people management, process management, and performance management skills.
• Strong budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of financial software, accounting practices, and change order pricing.

Responsibilities

• Effectively supervises staff in the day-to-day administration of a project.
• Responsible for all financial reporting, tracking and projection of labor, material, and expenses.
• Manage construction drawings to ensure proper installation.
• Create and maintain project budgets and schedules of values.
• Monthly financial projections and progress billing.
• Prepare submittals and maintain logs of drawings, correspondence, and changes.
• Track RFI's, changes, and cost proposals; purchase materials per SOP.
• Coordinate with Superintendents; monitor major deliveries and field issues.
• Lead project team meetings; provide frequent site visits and correspondence.
• Mentor staff and ensure alignment with Prism’s values and profitability goals.
