Job summary

Jobot in Texas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee full lifecycle delivery of medium-voltage electrical construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and safety objectives while coordinating with utilities, engineers, inspectors, and owners, and leading meetings with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and control diagrams.
• Proven experience leading teams and coordinating across trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from planning through final completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost projections, and budgets
• Lead subcontractor coordination, procurement, and contract administration
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Align field production with schedule and cost performance
• Identify and mitigate risks to maintain profitability
• Lead internal and external project meetings
• Interface with municipal clients, utilities, engineers, and inspectors
• Handle RFI submittals, change orders, project forecasting, and reporting
• Maintain positive working relationships with owners, vendors, and internal teams
