Qualifications

• Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with four years of experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong creative judgment and hands-on execution across multiple forms of production.
• Fluency with professional camera, lighting, audio and non-linear editing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Produce and direct high-value multimedia work across video, audio, live and digital formats.
• Coach and develop students, interns or junior staff in production skills and workflows.
• Manage production planning, crew assignments, schedules, locations, releases and post-production reviews.
