Job summary

The Story Behind in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Multimedia Producer to create and manage audio/video content for clients. The role requires coordinating scripts, shoots, and post-production to meet deadlines.

You'll work with clients and internal teams to plan production, budget resources, scout locations, and ensure high-quality deliverables. 1+ year experience preferred; Bachelor's degree required; strong writing and communication essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for internal and clients' projects.
• Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects.
• Work independently, as well as part of a team to establish project deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content.
• Plan video shoots, scout, select and reserve shoot locations.
• Think steps ahead and provide solutions should any production problem arises.
• Draft production schedules.
• Select and hire additional crew; direct and coach talent; make transportation arrangements for crew, talent and equipment; and ensure all location power needs are met.
• Reserve and rent equipment from rental houses.
• Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organising raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media.
• Manage video library.
• Evaluate our final deliverables’ performance and analytics.
